PRODUCTS / MATERIALS

Can I get a sample box?

If you need a custom-printed sample with your artwork, our minimum order QTY is 50, making it super easy for you run a test and make sure your design is just right before committing to a large print run.

What type of cardboard do you use?

We use either Kraft or White single wall cardboard for Mailers. Depending on the product you choose, these will be printed on C-Flute (4mm), B-Flute (3mm) or E-Flute (2mm). Product boxes (including candle and cosmetic boxes) are 300GSM Cardboard.

What is a Mailer?

A Mailer is a self closing box suitable for regular mail or courier services.

Where does your cardboard come from?

Our cardboard sources are from Australian Manufacturers based in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne NSW. The material we use is recyclable, and contains a minimum of 75% recycled materials.

DESIGN / ARTWORK

CMYK or RGB?

Printing is done using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and black) inks. Your final artwork will be converted to CMYK before printing.

Does ODBOX offer colour matching?

ODBOX does not currently offer colour matching and cannot guarantee the consistency of colours between the website display and resulting print. Please contact us if you are a designer and we can further discuss print settings.

How are the boxes printed?

At ODBOX, we print using a digital print process, with a 4 colour CMYK process. The artwork is supplied to us directly and is generated from your design made on our product designer software on our website. We do not varnish, print finish will be in line with the stock used –  cardboard will have a flat finish and candle and cosmetic boxes have a satin finish.

Can my box have a foil or UV Spot finish?

Unfortunately, at present we do not offer Foil or UV Spot.

Can you print inside the box?

Unfortunately, our products are currently limited to OUTSIDE printing only.

How do I cancel the order I just placed?

Because of our fast turnaround times, once an order is placed it is immediately put into the print process of manufacturing. Please ensure all details/art is correct when placing the order, however send us an email and if there is a way to help we will try.
